Privacy

This policy covers the paceport.app website. The Paceport app's own privacy policy will be published on this page before the app launches.

Who we are

Paceport is made by ORFETECH OU. Questions about your data: hello@paceport.app.

What we collect

• Waitlist. If you join the waitlist we store your email address, the date, your browser language and, if you arrived through one of our links, a short tag for that link (for example "finish_video").
• Server logs. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site.

We don't use advertising or analytics cookies, and we don't track you across other sites.

Why, and on what basis

We use your email for one thing: to tell you when Paceport is available. We do this with your consent, which you give by joining the waitlist. You can withdraw it at any time.

Where it's stored and for how long

Waitlist emails are stored with our database provider, Supabase, in the European Union. We keep them until shortly after launch, or until you ask us to delete yours, whichever comes first.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it, by emailing hello@paceport.app. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

Changes

If we change this policy we'll update the date at the top of this page.
